Take the path less traveled and venture just a few blocks off of Jackson’s Town Square, where you’ll find the state’s most inventive steakhouse. The Restaurant at White Buffalo Club’s subterranean speakeasy steakhouse is home to locals and tourists alike. From wagyu steak to masterfully created entrees, small plates, sides, and seafood—there is something to peak the palate of everyone in your group. Chef Thomas Lipko delights guests with an inventive flare of classic steakhouse offerings with local and seasonal ingredients. Match his delightful creations with our extensive wine list and first-class cocktail program and you have a night out that will be remembered. Locals have called the Restaurant at WBC “Jackson’s best kept secret,” but it won’t be that way for long, so reservations are highly recommended.

    Great place for sizzling steak in a salt block. Desserts are worth saving room for! Ambience is sophisticated and inviting - worth the experience.

    Outstanding experience! As we vacationed on Holidays, it was difficult to book a table for six. Many good restaurants didn’t have online booking or availability to accommodate us. It was a pleasant surprise to find this restaurant and reserve a table for our early dinner. We really liked the menu that offers a variety of food that pleased everyone. All food, drinks, desserts were delicious!!! The baguette, butter, bone marrow, beef-exceptional!!

    I will never eat here again. I was offered a comp meal next time but said no. I will never return. Why? Bread frozen in the middle, filet mignon that was squishy like mashed potato’s and all through it, a server who didn’t even acknowledge the situation. There was no “I’m so sorry, let me get you new bread …” … he just removed our plates with an “ok”. $350 where my 15 yr old son and shared 4 pieces of a wagyu 3oz steak since that’s all we could eat. It didn’t look like wagyu but can’t prove so take that under consideration. Oh, did mention it was Christmas Day at 6.30pm and they said they were almost out of steak at a steak house. Amazing!

    Delicious aged rib eye, cast iron seared. Private club style dining. Only issue, the noise level was pretty high.

    Was in Jackson Hole for an early Christmas vacation with my family. The meal was amazing. My family said it was one of the best meals they have ever had! The New York Strip steak on the on the sizzling stone board was the star of the show. Definitely recommend!

    We were very disappointed in our meals. The NY strip was terrible.- very fatty and lots of gristle. It was very difficult to eat and my husband had amonly two bites. Our friend ordered a salad and they forgot. Overall, not a good experience.

    The food is fantastic but the service does not match the quality of the food. The bartender is anything but friendly, the servers are not attentive. For the price point, service should be exceptional.
