Disappointing visit unfortunately. Our server didn't know the menu and we had very patchy service trying in vain to catch servers eye. None of our needs were anticipated. Worst part was having to ask 3 times for bill. Definitely seemed to be lacking the va va voom factor. I don't think I'll return for lunch or dinner. Maybe breakfast better?

Really disappointing experience. Always a lovely greeting but the service is just really poor, and has been on my last several visits. Servers seem to struggle with English, never come back for additional drinks and are just generally indifferent. I was served cold coffee that took 10 minutes to arrive, and arrived with cold milk when I’d asked twice for hot milk. Breakfast arrived cold and unseasoned with badly undercooked eggs. The Wolseley is my go to for meet ups with visitors and I’ve loved it for years but the overall quality has declined significantly.

I have been going to Wolseley every time I'm in London and have always enjoyed the breakfast, The food was good, and everyone was very kind and polite, especially the host, who was exceptionally welcoming. I’ll be back soon. Thank you.

Gorgeous setting - the food wasn’t quite as good as last time but still pretty tasty. I had the kedgeree and crème brûlée - Staff nice and attentive. If you’re with someone who is hard of hearing request a quieter table. Still special and I would probably go again.

I booked here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything was great during our dinner. It was professional and had a nice atmosphere. Additionally, Lourel (I hope I remember your name correctly) who served us was amazing. Thanks for everything

One of my top 5 at the moment. Has all the components for a great dining experience. Herring starter was excellent, Weiner Holstein was spot on and Apple strudel was authentic. Danilo looked after us as did several others. I’ll be back.

Service and ambience but food is not high standards and not delicious. Not plain afternoon tea. Scones were awful and hard. Sandwich is ok.
