   Fifteen years ago, Todd Jurich’s was our preferred establishment for fine dining in Norfolk. Regrettably, our recent experience was marked by a significant decline in service. We had reserved a table for an anniversary dinner. However, upon arrival, we were met with an unexpected greeting of “Happy Birthday” and a table adorned with birthday decorations. The ambiance was far from refined. The culinary offerings were subpar. Two filets ordered medium-rare were prepared to our specifications, albeit from inferior cuts. One steak ordered medium was received rare and promptly returned. When brought back to the table, the outside was overcooked, while the interior remained medium-rare. By the time the other members of our party had completed their meals, this individual was left without a dish. Fortunately, the restaurant removed this item from our bill. The decor, including the draperies and surrounding furnishings, appeared to be in a state of disrepair and neglect.

   Consistently good food with new seasonal entrees. Fine dining with valet parking at an affordable price point.

   Everything about this place is dated. Very basic meal. The service was exceptional. I took my wife, a transplant from NYC, here for one reason only, and that was to show her we never needed to go back. Service amazing, food was bleh

   Me and my partner came for Valentine’s Day. My partner is not a fan of fancy restaurants but they loved this place! Food was amazing! Service was excellent! We would definitely come back again.

   Great tasting food. Entrees were on the smaller side for the price. The place itself is a little worn/dated. Service was good. I would go back, but maybe to try the bar/happy hour menu.

   The food was very underwhelming. The $13 breadbasket was not fresh, My steak was ordered medium and about half of it was rare. The creamed spinach came out sautéed with onions. Maybe I had an “off night” because I have heard good things.

    The appetizer and salad arrived together. I asked the waiter not to bring the entree until we were finished with these four dishes. Then the entree took a bit more time to arrive. They don’t serve bread but offer a bread basket for an additional charge of $10. At these prices they could offer a bread basket. I spoke to the manager and she said that the waiter probably entered our food in the computer wrong. The food was great. The waiter was very accommodating so except for the rhythm of service. It was nice.
