Very disappointing… extremely expensive for minute portions of flavour lacking food. The staff were not all very welcoming… an experience we will not be renewing

The Creme brûlée was warm and watery. It was very hard to eat. My coffee cup had lipstick on it. The guacamole the tomatoes were soggy.

"We had a fantastic Christmas Eve dinner at Tommy Bahama's in NYC. The food was delicious, the ambiance was inviting, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening."
