   The food quality is excellent, but the service is quite average. The server is not always in sight and seems to be in a hurry to go take care of other things.

   Summary - we were seated indoors, just the two of us, at our reserved time and waited an hour and a half before we were served. Both of our meals were tepid at best (my gravy had congealed, and the meal was cold). Not a good experience at all.

   Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a friendly host. However, when my partner and I sat at the bar to order drinks while waiting for our party, the bartender didn’t acknowledge us for at least 20 minutes. Once we were seated, the waitress took a long time to attend to our table. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so we were confused about the long wait times. Overall, we felt unwelcome at this establishment and have decided not to return.

   Sat 25 minutes to be seated. Additional food enter exclusions not listed on Groupon. Enters brought out separately. Messed up drink order after drink order was forgotten. Forgot to bring out appetizer. Ridiculous noise outside and breathing boat fuel. Dogs walking around the tables. It was chaos.

   Every was very slow. They had just changed the menu, but then the food never came, for over an hour. It was expensive, and a terrible meal, and the management could not have cared less

   We bought a Groupon excited to try this seafood restaurant. The service was horrible with the waiter making poor excuses for every mistake made. After waiting over 10 minutes, we even had to take the bill to the host to have it handled. The food was OK but not great... I was expecting a lot more for the price. We complained to manager who simply said "It should not be this way. Please come back." No offer to entice us to come back. We will not come back.

    Too few staff to service the customers resulted in too long waiting time. Hed to ask to get utensils. Waitress did not seem too eager to provide the expected great service. Food too expensive. Came out with a $160 plus bill for two people. Include a starter, two entrées, a beer and a mixed drink plus one desert. Great location and dining area.
