Provided details about a birthday and asked for a window seat. Wasn’t accommodated, service was slow and not attentive to us and celebrated a different table’s birthday with a candle in the dessert but neglected this in ours.
This made my friend extremely disappointed as she thought the celebrations were for her then they walked right past. She left crying - thanks.
Poor experience overall, not worth the elevated prices or the view imo.
