Walk into TORC and you might notice the music. It's rock & roll, blues, or soul, and it's undeniably on. You might notice the energy — it's high. And you'll definitely notice our bar. It's busy serving well-made cocktails and pouring rare wines we're proud to say you probably won't find anywhere else by the glass. There are no white tablecloths. No dabbing the corners of your mouth. No pomp, but lots of circumstance. And perhaps the only reason you noticed the aforementioned is because you haven't tasted our food. That's when the music fades into the background. Join us.

    Happy Holidays from TORC! TORC will be offering an indulgent four course menu (selections within each course) featuring Ossetra Caviar and Truffles with sustainable meat, fish and vegetarian options. The price is $175 per person (including children) with an optional $105 wine pairing per person, not inclusive of CA Sales Tax or Gratuity. TORC requires a credit card number to secure this reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows, cancellations, and reductions in party size less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $175 per person. Online modifications can be made until 5pm on Saturday, Dec 21, 2024. Please note: There are no children menus and no sharing of the menu/wine pairing.

    Always one of my favorites. This new as menu rewrite may be the best one yet. Amazing beautiful presentation on the beet salad, delicious beef tongue app and beef cheek stuffed pasta. The manager Scott is one of the best and most gracious. And the new addition to the bar with Joseph has totally made a huge difference. His passion and expertise has leveled up the overall Torc experience. I usually do all of my food and beverage pairing, but I trusted him to create some cocktails based on what he thought would go good with the meal and he over delivered.

    The lobster is the best we have ever had wish it was on the menu more. Great Place the couple we had with us from Denver said best meal they ever had.

    Food and service were amazing. Loved the risotto, grilled cheese scallops and short ribs. Our server was lovely and brought us each a delicious lemon ice cream and cookie dessert to celebrate our 50th birthdays.
