Walk into TORC and you might notice the music. It's rock & roll, blues, or soul, and it's undeniably on. You might notice the energy — it's high. And you'll definitely notice our bar. It's busy serving well-made cocktails and pouring rare wines we're proud to say you probably won't find anywhere else by the glass. There are no white tablecloths. No dabbing the corners of your mouth. No pomp, but lots of circumstance. And perhaps the only reason you noticed the aforementioned is because you haven't tasted our food. That's when the music fades into the background. Join us.

    Come celebrate Valentine's Day at TORC! TORC will be offering an indulgent four-course menu (selections within each course) featuring Ossetra Caviar and Truffles with sustainable meat, fish and vegetarian options. The price is $165 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity. TORC requires a credit card number to secure this reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows, cancellations, and reductions in party size less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $165 per person. Online modifications can be made until 5pm on Tuesday, Feb 11, 2025. Please note: There are no children menus and no sharing of the menu.

    We had a lovely dinner, the first night of the lighted art festival. Food was delicious, wine suggestions spot on, and service attentive. The background noise early in the evening made it hard to hear our server, but that improved over our stay. Would definitely return.

    My wife and I celebrated our 4th anniversary here and the food was amazing. Drinks were great. But the star of the show was the truffle grilled cheese. We were told by a couple next to us about a 8lb lobster meal that was to die for, so we will be coming back for that.

    Good food and professional service but main courses too far too long and waiter was virtually incomprehensible over the so-called background music Menu prices also way up there since a year ago.

    Always fabulous at Torc. The ambiance, food, wine selection and service are top notch. Very friendly staff from the bussers to the owners.

    Fabulous dinner start to finish. Chef is a rock star. Staff was great. It’s pricey but worth it given how special it is.

    My wife and I had our date night at the Torc and we enjoyed the ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We appreciate the hospitality provided to my wife & I. Thank you for allowing us to patron your restaurant.

    A “fine” dining experience as always, excellently prepared , delicious food. Unfortunately, they were busier than they could handle so service, which is usually very attentive, was lacking which detracted from the overall experience.

    Well, let’s just start off with I showed up a day early for the reservation and they still managed to get us in.!!! Now that is service! We were there for restaurant week and we were very happy with our options and absolutely loved everything. The presentation was perfection and I can’t stop dreaming about the food. The Hamachi carpaccio was definitely a favorite for both myself and my boyfriend. The service was top-notch and we can’t wait to dine there again!! Highly recommend!
