Tosca is the flagship restaurant of Eat Well Inc. Open for dinner only, Tosca is located on historic Hingham Harbor and offers creative regional Italian cuisine focusing on fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods, and an open kitchen from which executive chef Kevin Long takes center stage.

Tosca can also provide a setting for business dinners and meetings to weddings and showers to anniversaries and birthdays.                         Wonderful evening. The specials for the evening were fantastic—we had the KC steak with peppers & mushrooms and scallops over bacon/asparagus risotto. Everything was excellent.

                        We chose Tosca to celebrate our mother’s birthday. The food was fabulous and our waitress added to our experience. We highly recommend Toscas.

                        Our dining experience was great until after our food was served. Our server must’ve had too many tables to wait on. We sat for quite a while after we were done before our plates were cleared. I ordered a glass of wine that never arrived… The server apologized and did not charge us for it- yay! We were in Charleston a few days ago and service was above and beyond… they knew everything about the dishes, took the time to get us tasted of wine before deciding and looked and acted so professionally! I goes the contrast was in the forefront- I felt ignored after my for was served at tosca. There is no excuse for that service with the price of the meals. Maybe a half day of training to remind your staff of this duties
