Tosca is the flagship restaurant of Eat Well Inc. Open for dinner only, Tosca is located on historic Hingham Harbor and offers creative regional Italian cuisine focusing on fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods, and an open kitchen from which executive chef Kevin Long takes center stage.

Tosca can also provide a setting for business dinners and meetings to weddings and showers to anniversaries and birthdays.                         We went for Thanksgiving and it was fantastic. We all had the turkey entree( stuffing, cheese mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted vegetables and cranberry sauce) and it was perfection. The desserts were outstanding! The service and ambiance matched the quality of the food. I would highly recommend

                        Tony our waiter was attentive and allowed time between each course. Short rib ragu was outstanding and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Pecan cheesecake was sweet with a nice crunch. Coffee was amazing and steaming hot just the way I like it. It will be our go to for Thanksgiving

                        We’ve had Thanksgiving dinner here almost 15 years in a row and we are rarely disappointed. The food and service are excellent, especially for a busy holiday. The apple cider margarita was excellent, too. The reason for 4 stars, the hostess needs further training on seating but the manager stepped in and corrected the situation. Already looking forward to next year.

                        Food was delicious and service was wonderful. Restaurant is a bit loud so a little hard to hear if you have a large table but it made for a lively ambience. The space is also beautiful. Highly recommend.
