Established in 1993, chef/owner Arturo Gismondi blends the most innovative and exquisite culinary creations with the old world charm of Italy. This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The atmosphere, the food, the ambience is wonderful. The service is impeccable. Don’t miss this great Italian restaurant!

Given the prices at Trattoria Romana, I expected a lot more. The hostess should be taught to be friendly to customers and perhaps smile so they feel welcome. The waiter started off poorly but did improve. He recommended a great wine which was appreciated. However, when we said the swordfish entree was dry, he said it’s because it’s a meaty fish, not flaky like the snapper. He was wrong. The swordfish was simply overcooked. The veggies they serve with entrees were ok but boring, steamed carrots and broccoli and mashed potato. It’s an Italian restaurant, why not serve rapini for example? Presentation of dishes was mediocre at best Lastly, we felt like we were being rushed through. The waiter brought the bill while we were still eating dessert and drinking coffee. He then came back two more times while we were still drinking coffee. Overall, this place is way, way over-priced for the quality of the food and service

Server was short with us. Took my wine glass away without asking if I wanted another, and there was still some wine in my glass. They did come back with a little bit of wine for me, but she was not the most pleasant. We've died here many times and it's usually wonderful.

Beautiful set up for Valentine’s Day, server was great and knowledgeable. Food couldn’t have been better ! My girlfriend ordered The Branzino and a side of fettuccine Alfredo and the combination was amazing! I ordered the Rigatoni Alla Vodka and added the crab cake and i devoured it ! So delicious. Our little one ordered the Fettuccine Bolognese and it was a HUGE dish. Could have fed two people but tasted great !! We ordered the famous strawberry shortcake and needless to say, it didn’t stand a chance, absolutely phenomenal.

Always great for valentines day or any day! Great team members, waiters/busers/hosts and kitchen staff!! Great job the the whole team! A well oiled machine that does a great job to make the evening special! Food was outstanding and happy to hear that much of it is on the regular menu as well!

We have been here several times and have always enjoyed our meal. We did the prefix menu for Valentine’s Day for 130 each. We got there at 5 and were seated in a corner in the back room which was dark and poorly lit. Our waiter gave us our menus and said they were self explanatory. He cam back and took our orders after I had to wave him over. The room was only 1/3 seated. He clearly did not want to be there. The food was very mediocre. I ordered the veal,chop which was really a veal patty. We’re poorly cooked the waiter did not as what temperature. Nothing. I had to wave to him to get more water. We won’t be back.

We enjoy this restaurants, we are vegan and they are very vegan accommodating even though you’d never know that from the menu! But the waiters know their food and they make it easy to dine there!

Bus boy was super sweet Waiter was nice but we definitely felt rushed. Dinner came out the minute our apps were finished. Not good! Should be at least 20 mins in between. Food & bar drinks were good but overpriced for sure. My advice is to be the 730-8pm reservation so not so rushed. We were 6pm. Not sure I'd go back.

Our server Nicky was amazing, and fun. Delicious assortment of breads and dressed tomatoes delivered to start. Best meatball appetizer ever. My shrimp saltimbocca was excellent as was pasta bolognese. Found a hidden gem red wine on the menu that didn’t break the bank. Strawberry shortcake for dessert was quite good. Loved it here!
