Located in the heart of downtown Manhattan, Tribeca Grill is a true New York City landmark. Co-owned by renowned restaurateur Drew Nieporent and legendary actor Robert De Niro, the Grill continues to receive many prestigious awards including, the coveted Grand Award from Wine Spectator Magazine every year since 2002. As a must-visit wine destination, the Grill features an extensive list featuring the world's largest selection of Châteauneuf du Pape (over 250) as well as many rare California Cabernet varietals. The 2,200 selection, 20,000 bottle list is one of only ten restaurants in New York to receive the Grand Award.

We had a pretty pleasant Valentine's meal at Tribeca Grill. The atmosphere was super old school new york, and I love the wide open floor plan with a 360 bar in the center. Sad to hear they'll be closing after 35 years. The meal was a bit lackluster overall, but still really enjoyed the experience. We had the prix fixe 3-course menu. Tuna tartare was delicious, but my grilled octopus was a bit chewy. The steak was massive and flavorful, but had a decent amount of tough fat. The heavenly mashed potatoes redeemed the dish though. The sauce on the duck a l'orange was tasty. Cheesecake was slightly dry, but still satisfied. Not a must-visit or anything, but if you find yourself in Tribeca and want to cross off a local institution, I'd recommend it.

Establishment lives up to the experience of New York City dining with a Four or Five Star Level of Quality. A seasonal entre would add a little variety. Wine selection is outstanding, bar service and ability to make cocktails is excellent.

It was my first time at Tribeca Grill and I enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the mocktail at the bar was delicious and the food/ pre-fix was very good.

My husband and I ate here the other night for restaurant week. We haven’t been to Tribeca Grill in years, but we decided to go in part because of the nice restaurant week menu. I had the French onion soup, which was delicious. My husband had the Caesar salad, which was more than Apple and I had the salmon and my husband had the pork chop with Spitzley now because we both were having dessert. He ended up taking half of his pork chop home and he had a chocolate cake and I had crème brûlée. We also were able to get a reasonably priced Pinot Noir from Oregon. That was very good. Even though we live on the upper east side, it was a relatively easy subway journey down to Tribeca so we will definitely be Returning

Food was ok. Vibes were good. Service pushed us out - they wanted us to go. Kinda a bummer especially considering the price of our check.

Tribeca Grill is a nice spot for a quick bite and lively conversation. Lots of large groups on a weeknight evening...portion size was adequate (not generous, but not stingy either). Food tasted fine. Salads were fresh and good. The service was very good.

Everything was great about this place. We were ose to the door and askes to relocate, they sorted this out instantly. The food was great, as was the wine! Im glad we went!
