I went for brunch before the Super Bowl. What a lovely experience. It was quiet, (obviously before kickoff) and I sat in the bar area where I could watch the preliminaries. Kevin was my attentive server and he was very thoughtful. I opted for the glass of Cava and the smoked salmon platter. A side of fruit accompanied it. So delicious!! Topped it off with a cappuccino and had a marvelous time!

We love Trio. I think they have the best filets in the DC area. This time we also tried the tuna nachos for the first time and highly recommend those as well.

Overall a great experience - they were very helpful in answering questions regarding how food is prepared, etc. First time there and definitely not our last.

We haven’t eaten at Trios for a very long time and now I am wondering why. Great food and drinks, wonderful service — everyone went above and beyond including the Manager, Rees. “B” was our waiter and he performed his duties perfectly, never obtrusive. There was a pianist but we could barely hear her over the din. It was LOUD! I read that the dress code was business casual. I know that folks don’t dress up any more and I have to admit I don’t know what business casual is but I was surprised that apparently it includes jeans, track suits and sneakers. Guess I’m just old fashioned.
