True Food Kitchen was founded in 2008 by Dr. Andrew Weil, world renowned Doctor of integrated medicine and creator of the anti-inflammatory food pyramid, with one simple purpose – to create a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks without compromising on taste for health, or health for taste. Each carefully selected ingredient is crafted by a passionate culinary team to create meaningful food and drinks that are intentionally delicious and intentionally healthy.     I have celiac disease and felt very safe eating here. Our waiter, Tom, was great. We were celebrating several birthdays and a group of ten. Highly recommend for a casual gluten free restaurant.

    True foods new gluten free bun is hard as a rock and inedible. They no longer have gluten free pita. Prob won’t be going there anymore. Quality not great and prices are ridiculous for what you get.

    We're sorry to hear about your experience with our gluten-free options, Kathy. We appreciate your feedback and are always striving for better. While we do not currently have a gluten free pita to go with our hummus, we do still have a great side option of fresh veggies to substitute for a gluten free option. In our mission to get rid of seed oils we eliminated the old version of gluten free pita from our menu along with the previous gluten free bun.     I have had several large lunch groups at this True Food and have always had a great experience. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is attentive, but I never feel rushed to get out to turn over the table. The only negative thing I could say is that parking is hard to come by, but that’s not their fault (just a result of the part of the mall they are located in).

    We chose True Food for their gluten free, seed oil free, organic/clean food options, but were blown away by how good our food was! The lasagna and spaghetti squash casserole (with chicken) were our favorites. So yummy! The service was slowww, but that might have been because of a large party at another table. We will definitely be back.

    I overall enjoyed my business lunch experience, but I did have one issue with the service. I was in the middle of a conversation with my business associates. When the server I guess decided to take up all of our plates in the middle of this. Since I was in conversation, I did not notice that my bowl that I was truly enjoying, got taken away, and that was a bummer. It would’ve been nice to finish my meal but I guess I was not afforded that option. Other than that, it was fine.

    We loved everything about True Food. Our meals were delicious & the clean ingredients were wonderful. Our waitress was so friendly & attentive. I wish we could eat here every day! Will be back!

    Total Valentines Day Disappointment! I haven't been to True Food in at least 2 years. The food is not as good as it used to be. I had my usual ancient grains bowl; I had it with salmon this time. The salmon tasted like it was straight out of the freezer section in the grocery store. The food is just not the same as it used to be. Disappointing.
