True Food Kitchen was founded in 2008 by Dr. Andrew Weil, world renowned Doctor of integrated medicine and creator of the anti-inflammatory food pyramid, with one simple purpose – to create a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks without compromising on taste for health, or health for taste. Each carefully selected ingredient is crafted by a passionate culinary team to create meaningful food and drinks that are intentionally delicious and intentionally healthy.     Good quality food and great service. Our waiter was attentive and excellent at checking on us. He explained the menu and seasonality of the food choices. Overall, we felt very catered to and I will return during my brief stay in Atlanta.

    It was early dinner time and they were out of 2 featured items. Service was slow. The server didn’t come back to give us water and when I requested more water she refilled my glass with room temp water and did not refill the glass of my tablemate.

    I have eaten here many times in the past and had a wonderful experience. This time I was very disappointed. The salad was overdressed and wilted. The bowl did not taste fresh but as if it was premade and had sat for a while. More fast food style than restaurant. The service while friendly disappeared once the meal was served. Very disappointing.

    My experience was not what I’ve come to expect at true food kitchen. Based on the quality of the service and the food, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

    This was my first time at True Food Kitchen and it did not disappoint. The food was wonderful as was the service! I loved everything about it and will definitely be back.

    El lugar me encanta y es la segunda vez en esta semana q voy, pero el servicio en esta ocasión fue muy malo…..la mesa sucia…no nos pusieron cubiertos ni servilletas y al final, parecía q les urgía q nos pagáramos y nos fuéramos Tal vez xq era domingo
