* Authentic Cuisine: From Northern Italy to Seattle*
Since its inception, Tulio has been a regular on restaurant awards lists, thanks in no small part to Chef Walter Pisano, whose cooking is inspired as much by his travels through the Old World as his Italian roots. Tulio’s dishes are simple yet sophisticated, combining rustic Italian preparations with local ingredients to create bold flavors and an unforgettable dining experience. Recognizing that our guests have different tastes and dining preferences, we proudly offer several gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes on each of our daily menus. If you have any food allergies or other special requests, please let us know.

                                                                                                          Kathryn provided excellent service, making suggestions and answering questions. Although the menu is smaller, the food is still delicious. The larger scallops from Maine were perfect. The orecchiette flavors never disappoint. And, be sure to save room for the house made pistachio gelato - yum!

                                                                                                          We have dined @ Tulio's in the past and haven't been disappointed. On a quick trip over to Seattle, we stayed @ Hotel Vintage. We reserved an early table for dinner. We were seated in a quiet corner in the bar. Cocktails were great. We split an appetizer of cured steelhead salad which was very good. I ordered the lamb shank over polenta for entree, and my wife had the tagliatelle. The wine list is extensive. But we have a nice cellar at home and brought our own local Syrah blend from Walla Walla which paired well. Though the dessert menu was very inviting, we decided to close the dinner with a glass of limoncello which was perfect. Service was very good. Ambience at the bar was quiet and mellow. The food was excellent from start to finish.
