Twigs Bistro on South Regal in Spokane is an inviting and comfortable restaurant offering a New American menu and an extensive list of adult beverages. You'll find a delicious selection of appetizers, salads, steaks, pasta, pizza, comfort entrees, gluten free and kids meals too. And our signature liquor tower in the bar is a sure giveaway that we know how to shake up a great cocktail, like our Signature Lemon Drop martini. Join us for a delightful Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 20th, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM! The buffet is $54 per person for Adults and Kids 16 and older (plus tax and gratuity). Kids ages 8-15 eat for $23, Kids 4-7 are $10 and children 3 under dine for free. The buffet features a variety of delicious dishes, including: - Muffins, pastries, and mini yogurt parfaits - Toasted pecan Caesar, Greek pasta salad, and grilled asparagus - Ham & Swiss sliders, shrimp cocktail, and Italian charcuterie skewers - Biscuits & gravy, honey-cured bacon, sausage links, scrambled eggs, rosemary breakfast potatoes - Crème brûlée French toast and more! Also enjoy the Chef's Carving Station with slow-roasted prime rib and orange-glazed ham, along with a Chocolate fountain Dessert buffet. Beverages include coffee, orange juice, and soda. Chicken Margherita had good combination of flavors, but chicken was very tough, dry, and hard to cut. Caesar salad was and vegies were wonderful. Hannah was a polite and attentive server and did a very good job. Something we have noticed before that needs attention is there are a lot of chairs and seating benches with worn, damaged, or torn upholstery.

Twigs never disappoints. Delicious choices, especially the happy hour options. And the menu may vary depending on location. Check their website if you are curious.

This is probably my top restaurant in Spokane overall. It is a great combination of a classy and comfortable space, great food, excellent service, all at reasonable prices. The menu has a nice variety to it, from burgers and salads to steaks. Nice bar, with a great selection of drinks and martinis. When I am looking for a nice restaurant, Twigs is it!

Twigs (South Hill) has a nice menu, but the seats and some areas are looking a bit threadbare. For some reason, guests were seated far and wide, with great distances between all the tables. That’s nice for private conversations, but not good for a sense of buzz and activity. Plus, the servers had to cover a lot of ground in a pretty large space. What’s up with that? Otherwise, the food and drinks were good. Love the lemon drop!

Service was horrible..waited 15 mins for a waiter then more time for our drinks. They need to have more wait staff and not make the bartender wait on everyone in bar and outside. Probably won’t go there again.

Very nice restaurant on Spokane's South Hill. Server was very friendly and helpful. Meals were excellent - I had the ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. Desserts were amazing. Good, varied menu. Great indoor and outdoor seating.
