Uli's Restaurant is a White Rock institution. Opened in 1986 by Uli Blume, it was one of White Rock's original waterfront restaurants and quickly became a favourite among locals for its great food and friendly atmosphere. Uli's son Tyson took over operations in 2008 and he picked up right where his father left off – providing the White Rock waterfront with a fun and relaxed place to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, stunning water views, refreshingly simple food, an extensive international beer list, and a diverse selection of wines. Chef Jennie Silk is also making quite an impression on locals as they flock for her impeccable local flavours on the menu.

    Uli’s is one of our favourite restaurants. We’ve been dining there for 30 years and it’s still as good as ever. It was great to see Tyson in the restaurant last night.

    The food was average, steak was all fat and tough, the appetizers were average at best. The heater outside was either super hot or off. Just a poor experience for $250. We both agreed next time to just hit cactus because it’s always a good experience, always consistent.

    Uli’s is by far our favourite restaurant of all time. The staff are incredible, they’re truly what makes part of dining at Uli’s such a great experience. The food is always consistently delicious and fresh. The ambience is warm and welcome (just like the staff!!) We will always choose Uli’s over ANY restaurant on White Rock beach. We will ALWAYS be back at Uli’s, I suggest you dine here too!

    A wonderful experience. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. We had schnitzel and the catch of the day for our mains and they were so delicious. I can't recommend this place enough.

    Great food and waiter was excellent. Food portions were good. Mocktails were heavy on ice and short on content. There was a large group beside us so quite loud in the restaurant.
