Contemporary American: Portraying what Sonoma County has to offer with refined elegance and simplicity.


We will showcase what the region has to offer by focusing on the amazing network of farmers and artisan producers in the area. The relationships we have formed with our purveyors have given us the opportunity to work with what is available while providing the flexibility of changing our menu weekly.


We are determined to provide warm and personable service by dedicated professionals who love what they do. Every guest will feel as if we were inviting them into our own homes.


The wine program is inspired by the incredible history and diversity of the region that surrounds us. Here you can explore classic varieties made by the pioneers whose dedication has made Northern California one of the most exciting wine growing regions in the world.

    To commemorate this occasion, Valette will offer a special week-long menu, featuring 'best of' dishes from the past decade, each paired with wines from a different renowned Sonoma County winery.     Went for a valentines day date. The food and wine pairing was good, but not as good as we expected for the price. Service was a little slow and the food showed up cold. The restaurant didn’t seem terribly full or busy. I would give this another try on a normal (non holiday) night and see if its a better value

    Went for pre fix valentine dinner. 5 course all perfectly prepared. Sat in the parklet which had plenty of heaters to keep it nice and toasty. Service was spot on. A wonderful evening

    We were greeted warmly at the door for our 5pm reservation and allowed to select out table. We sat at the booth on the left - very cozy. We had the foie gras and scallops appetizers- both were wonderful. For dinner my husband had the special beef bourguignon which was flavorful and tender. I had the special lobster pasta which could have had more lobster but what I had was very good. We will be returning!

    I wouldn't recommended! Overpriced average food. I can eat better at a Deli. The place is poorly lighted and without background music, makes the ambiance a little depressing actually. Service was average too. Go somewhere else!

    Actually got to meet head chef/owner Dustin Valette last night when we personally thanked him for his donation to our upcoming Make a Wish auction. He and Aaron Garzini believe in giving back to their community in addition to running the finest restaurant in Healdsburg. We enjoyed chorizo with mussels, pork loin chop, lobster pasta and “not a snickers” dessert bar. Excellent! When my water glass slipped through my fingers, the manager and server flew to the table to check for broken glass and clean up. They took my scarf and jacket outside to shake out in case there were tiny shards left. I felt terrible, but then they brought new hot rolls and basil butter to comfort me. We have leftovers we can’t wait to finish! Valette did it again, a marvelous experience!
