Venue Restaurant & Lounge is a full-service restaurant in Lincoln, NE. We specialize in affordable quick-service lunches while presenting a fine dining chef-inspired dinner service. Join us and our Executive Chef Geoff Wendland for Lincoln's best steaks, delicious seafood, fresh salads, appetizers, pizzas and more. With desserts prepared by our Pastry Chef Linda Erhart and steaks hand-cut in-house by our butcher Jesse Laney. We also offer Catering and Event Services with a large variety of delicious items for any event from an intimate wedding reception to a glamorous business dinner. We have your event venue covered with our selection of 5 private dining rooms, as well as two downtown ballrooms with the Jasmine Room and the Scottish Rite Ballroom.

    Really enjoyed this place (first time there). Everything was very good. We had the Angus Cowboy Ribeye which was very good but had a large chunk of fat falling up much of the steak. The manager responded very well and comped the steak which we didn't ask for. I would highly recommend this place despite that one issue.

    It was a great environment for the date. The service was quick and polite. The food tasted very good. Would recommend.

    We were a group of three. We all ordered filet, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and bread pudding. One person got roasted potatoes instead of mashed, two people got broccoli instead of asparagus. I ordered medium rare filet and got medium. It was an important dinner so none of us complained. This was a kitchen error, not a waitress error.

    Perfection in food, Perfection in service, Perfection in atmosphere - Perfect place for a wonderful experience. The Venue is consistence in excellence. The Boneless Buttermilk Fried Chicken is outstanding! Perfect crusting and moist chicken. The Venue is the Go To Restaurant in Lincoln.

    Our dining experience tonight at Venue was an amazing one. Jenny, our server, was spot on with every recommendation: the wine selection, the sides, and finally the dessert and dessert drink were a great way to end the evening.

    The Venue is usually very nice;however, this time the food took longer than normal to come out and 3 of us ordered the same steak cooked the same way (med rare) but they all came out cooked differently. 1 was what I would consider to be rare, 1 was perfect and mine was med to med well. The food was otherwise wonderful. They appeared to have a party going on and I believe a wine tasting event so I suspect they may have overbooked for the amount of staff they had.

    Our food and service were excellent. I ordered the Venue Pecan Blue salad with a salmon add on. My mom was able to order a half Venue Pecan Blue salad. Dad ordered a 6oz sirloin with fries and green beans. My sister ordered an appetizer that was enough food for lunch. I already made a reservation at Venue for lunch with friends in November!
