Serving modern American cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, Veranda serves breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch. Chef de Cuisine, Jason D'Angelo has introduced a new menu of shareable social plates, artisanal pastas, exquisitely selected seafood and steaks, and handcrafted seasonal desserts. Veranda's famous weekend brunch offers a wide selection of buffet-style and à la carte options along with our signature morning mixology menu. The well-appointed dining room is the perfect setting to meet with friends or enjoy an intimate table for two, while the poolside outdoor terrace offers an elegant al fresco experience.

    Celebrate Easter Sunday with Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas! Chef Michael Goodman and his esteemed culinary team have curated a sumptuous menu to enjoy this holiday. In addition to our sought-after Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet – featuring carving stations of marinated steak, herb-spiced chicken, Atlantic salmon, and more – 9am-3pm A 72-hour cancellation policy will be enforced for guests that cancel within this period or do not arrive for their reservation. Charges are $55 per person.

    The worst dining experience I have ever had. The staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Upon our arrival, the front desk removed us from our reserved seats near the pool and relocated us to a secluded and frigid location, but she gave our seats to some other guests who came behind us. What a humiliation! This action deeply offended us. The manager’s only redeeming quality was her apology to us. She was kind enough to calm us down, and offer us a table near the pool. But our brunch had already been ruined. However, I was once again offended by another front desk lady when I left, who exhibited a highly unprofessional and rude demeanor. Despite my previous unpleasant experiences, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. While I appreciate the Four Seasons Hotel, I must express my dissatisfaction with the restaurant’s offerings.

    Amazingly gracious and polished service from greeting through goodbye. Staff is delightful and Huevos Rancheros are delicious.

    Service was impeccable. Quick delivery of food and beverages. Fresh squeezed juices and shots are a must! They were exceptional. We ordered the mushroom flatbread-very filling and the crab cakes which were the best I’ve had in a while.
