Portion size was very small for the prices. Food was decent. My meal didn't come out with my family's so they were all eating while I waited. Service was good overall.

Five diners three gad steak. All three bad quality pieces of steak. Had to carve out edible pieces. They show a perfect ribeye on the visual menu on iPad which is much different than the gray flat fatty version served . The branzino had a heavy sauce for a branzino not a typical light clear lemon butter sauce and the filet had a heavy corn starch sauce on it as well like it was cooked in an amateur home kitchen. The live music was lovely. Would never eat here again but would have drinks at the bar. Certainly not worth over 525 with tip. Never again.

We have gone for New Year’s Eve for many years. Food is usually good and so is the experience. They upped the price to $200 per person while at the same time lowering the quality of the food. Chicken parm for $200 and it tasted like chef boy r dee. I had the lobster ravioli with a lobster tail. Lobster was overcooked and sauce was terrible. Super thick and ravioli tasted like it was purchased at a grocery store. To add insult to injury - they wouldn’t serve tap water and charged $10 per bottle of water! Dessert was a dry chocolate cake that none of us ate - it was horrible. I will never go back to Vergina. Terrible overpriced experience.

Paid $390 for the New Year’s Eve experience, crammed so many people in there you couldn’t hear the music. Food was decent, but definitely not worth the $630 price tag for two people. Way way way overpriced for the noise level and service. Decent place on any other day I am sure but I would be wary about doing the New Year’s Eve experience there in the future. At that price level it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

We had reservations for New Years Eve at 6:30pm. I received the pre menu a week before and our cost was $95.00 a person. We got charged $195.00 a person because the waiter said we didn’t order before 7:00pm. The waiter couldn’t get to us before 7:00pm. We ordered one glass of wine for $20.00 and they charged us $15.00 for a coke. Out bill ended up being $587.00. The waiter said it was because we didn’t order by 7:00 which was their fault not ours. No manager to talk to and no one gave any explanation as to the difference a $95.00 per person meal and a $195.00 per person meal. No entertainment. No champagne. No anything. This place is loud. The food is average and the service sucks.

So first off I was visiting Naples for great wolf Lodge with the kids and family. I decided to book this restaurant for my wife’s birthday which is actually on the 31. I booked it in November to be sure I got a table. I wanted her to have a great dining experience ,but boy was I wrong. It was 95$ for anyone before 7 which they decided to do last minute and I was never advised even tho they “called” all the. I had no choice but to suck it up. We ordered before all the tables around us and had to wait around 30 minutes before seeing our food. All the tables around us got their food when we ordered well before them. They tried to charge the table next to us 195$ for coming at 6:50 even tho the price was 195$ for after 7. We showed them our receipt and helped them not pay those ridiculous prices. 11$ for water for each of us as well, 22$ for water! The food was barely a 50$ meal. Overall was just unimpressed with the restaurant overall. Save yourself the headache and hype and go to seed to table or anywhere else. 100 times better food for 1/4 the price.

While the food was very good, two members of my party ordered 16 oz. Ribeyes cooked medium temperature and both steaks came out medium rare to rare. We would have sent them back but felt the restaurant was way too busy to get the food back in a timely manner. I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for anchovies, but was advised by our server that there were no “special requests”….I guess I can understand due to New Year’s Eve crowd, but anchovies didn’t seem like a big ask. I also didn’t appreciate the wait staff continually stopping by to remove empty plates. I don’t think diners who eat more slowly than others in their party should be the only ones left with a plate in front of them…does anybody agree! Finally, my reservation was confirmed for 6:30PM at the NYE price of $95 per person. Because they didn’t get the food out to us until after 8PM (their fault) they tried to charge me $145 per person for the later seating. Our server knew full well when we were seated, knew there were elongated wait times for food, and yet rang it in at the higher price regardless. She fixed it, but that really shouldn’t happen! Based on this review I probably should have given them two stars, but cutting them slack due to it being New Year’s Eve and very busy.
