Vermilion’s Dining Room offers a seasonally-driven celebration of our Mid-Atlantic region and the myriad purveyors who call it home. Chef Anthony Chittum’s continuously evolving menus reflect the day-to-day seasonality of their work and serve as a love letter to the rich bounty this region provides. In addition to the a la carte menu, we're proud to offer the Farm Table tasting menu experience, a family-style three course option designed to showcase our menu in its entirety. For guests unable to access the upstairs dining room, we will happily offer this in the downstairs tavern and bar.

Vermilion's Tavern & Bar menu is dedicated to sourcing the highest quality ingredients from the region’s best producers to provide a dining destination for any occasion. This experience is available to all guests dining in the downstairs dining room and at the bar. While reservations are encouraged for seating in the Tavern, our spacious bar is perfect for last minute get-togethers, happy hour revelry or a simple snack at any hour. Seating in the bar is available first come.
