A great variety of food choices that make it congenial for mixed appetites. Also seating is spacious enough not to be overcrowded by other diners.

I think our waiter was overwhelmed and we did not get menus or approached for about 10 minutes, but only when we asked. The table next to us that was sat right after us, and who were served by a different waiter, were served their salad and drinks when we finally got our menus. It was frustrating because we had tickets for a show. I wish the waiter could have just talked to us and apologized. We would have understood. But when we asked a question, he would walk away. I didn’t get the wine I ordered, we waited forever for our food, and we left later than we planned to get to the play Food was excellent! Atmosphere is great! I’ve been to Vespaio before and it’s always been very good. Just not a great experience this time 🙁

Went there before the theater. It was definitely a pleasant experience. Just not a WOW, like Otium was.

Great location for downtown dining when attending CTG, the Broad, Disney Hall, etc. we all enjoyed our meals. Good pasta, eggplant appetizer, pizza. Nice bar for happy hour too.

Come here before LA Phil, Zipper Hall or LA Phil concerts and order the specials, as they are always really special! This evening we had pasta with freshly shaved truffles and Parmesan cheese, a beautiful calamari salad, and sea bass on a bed of quinoa and mushrooms, all accompanied by Pinot Noir and followed by a Grand Marnier soufflé. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, and I'm really looking forward to my next pre-theatre dinner--thank you so much!

We have been coming here for a VERY long time The food is superb. We love their Bronzino. Risotto with filet mignon is awesome. Great service. Perfect for Music Center.

Fantastic find near the Music Center venues. The food was great - including the gluten-free pasta options. Service was excellent and kept us on time for our performance.

The food here is always excellent. Interesting specials every time. The service was quite fast on a busy evening after the LA Opera matinee. We saw the star tenor walk in for dinner! It can be noisy. There is a "quiet room" off the back-end of the bar. Ask for it!
