There aren't many restaurateurs who would hand over the choice of their restaurants name to patrons, no matter how faithful. But the diners of Vicino, previously De Cecco, knew what they were talking about. For a restaurant which has long been a local favourite with faithful visitors returning again and again there really couldn't be a better choice. With its laid back, charming atmosphere and friendly service, Vicino is one of the most welcoming restaurants in South West London. The informal surroundings suit the chilled out vibe and, of course, the home style Italian cookery which is the kitchens speciality. Old favourites and tempting dishes make Vicino's menu as special as its Kings Road location.

Hopefully they'll reopen soon! It's a neighbourhood gem - delicious food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and friendly service!

VICINO was a bit empty but it is about to refurbish and it was a rare sunny day. Hoping VICINO reopens with the same authentic menu.

                                                                                                                                                                              Unfortunately it’s gone down hill since Armandino left. Nothing like it used to be after dining there for 8 years. No truffle shavings just truffle cream you should be told that at the beginning when ordering. Menu states truffle shavings and it always has been. Our friends chicken milanese was over cooked and dry. And they used to give you a free digestive after your meal that’s no longer the case either. We will not be going back.

                                                                                                                                                                              I commiserate with all those at VICINO who were suddenly severely understaffed and thus had to cut back the menu to the bare minimum leaving very little choice for customers. A great pity because normally, VICINO is known for well cooked traditional Italian dishes with a good choice fir everyone. Last night, the choice, the atmosphere and the mood were low. I’m sure it will recover because it is a Fulham staple. Look forward to a recovery
