Vic’s is located in a beautiful old cotton warehouse overlooking the Savannah River and Historic River Street. With entrances on both Bay and River Streets, we are easy to access. Pets are welcomed on our outdoor patio, where guests can dine under centuries-old Live Oaks overlooking Historic Factors Walk. Along with our spectacular views, Vic’s menu reflects Savannah’s Southern charm with our sophisticated take on traditional Southern cuisine and our fresh, local seafood selections.     We have mixed reviews on our experience won the ratings are an average. The drinks, salads and biscuits were all amazing. One couple loved their meal (shellfish was fresh, tasty and seasoned nicely) and the other couple did not (way too much garlic on the flounder). The service was very slow. We waited a long time for our meal due to some mix up in the kitchen. No attempt was made to make things right or to ensure our experience improved.

    Truly an excellent dining experience. Just wishing for a larger serving of the entree vegetables that adjoin the meal. We always enjoy this restaurant the two times a year that we visit Savannah. This is the place I always recommend to others.

    My husbands entree came before mine and by the time I got mine he was finished so I just sent mine back when it finally came! Not sure if the waitress forgot to put it in or what happened. It was disappointing.

    We came for our 21st anniversary and it was great! The view of the river was beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was top notch. It was elegantly decorated inside. The prices were really pretty reasonable considering the quality of the food and the atmosphere I would highly recommend it and I would definitely go back!

    Ordered white wine and the bottle was room temperature has to put it in the ice buck for 30 minutes to chill it. Food was average. Great location but not overly impressed.

    Everything about our experience was superb! The food was DELICIOUS and the service was AMAZING. The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect-I have dietary restrictions and they went all out-I even met the chef! This team defines Southern hospitality. I highly, highly recommend a visit!

    Matthew was our server and was so knowledgeable about the menu as well as explaining what dishes could be prepared gluten free (i have a preference to eat gluten free). We started with the spicy shrimp and it was AMAZING- but be prepared it is spicy. All the reviews told me to try the shrimp and grits and I am so glad that I did. It was rich but not too rich and the gravy like sauce over the shrimp made it even better. My boyfriend got the short rib and he cleaned his plate. My only complaint was that we were sat at a table right by the kitchen doors so we had people walking and opening/closing doors the entire time. Nothing big but made it less quiet. Definitely give this place a try if you’re in downtown Savannah!
