Vic’s is located in a beautiful old cotton warehouse overlooking the Savannah River and Historic River Street. With entrances on both Bay and River Streets, we are easy to access. Pets are welcomed on our outdoor patio, where guests can dine under centuries-old Live Oaks overlooking Historic Factors Walk. Along with our spectacular views, Vic’s menu reflects Savannah’s Southern charm with our sophisticated take on traditional Southern cuisine and our fresh, local seafood selections.     Delicious wedge salad; shrimp & grits & short ribs entrees - all prepared nicely and tasty. Servings ample & very reasonably priced. Capped off with peach trio for dessert was a winner too.

    A wonderful evening. We started at the bar with a cocktail and the atmosphere was lovely and Christmas-y. A piano player, warm and inviting environment. The bartender was attentive and very polite. Our hostess was super friendly and seated us at a nice corner table. Our server (female, I am SO sorry I cannot remember her name), she was outstanding and took excellent care of us. Lots of gluten free options. Both our meals were delicious. A touch loud inside, but it did not bother us at all. Five stars.

    Well - I goofed ! I was considering several restaurants in Savannah because I eat gluten free . Let’s be honest - there is a lot of gluten in traditional Southern cooking. I booked the wrong date for our reservation! When I looked at their menu I realized there would be some GF options ! The hostess graciously accommodated my husband and I and we were able to get a table . I had a delicious meal that was gluten free ! I had the special - sea bass with risotto! Delightful ! I am grateful for their understanding during this holiday season .

    The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was uninformed and limited in their understanding of providing dining service. The drink order was misunderstood - not sure if it was the waiter or bar staff. Our salads and entrees were taken out at the same time. Staff was cleaning the floors while we we eating and were noisy. We had another guest come up to us saying she booked our window table - very bizarre. When they delivered our salsa and entrees, they didn’t ask about our drinks. I went to the front and ordered a bottle of wine. Very bizarre. All in all this was a substandard dining experience with good food but bad service. For a restaurant with premium prices, I would not recommend this restaurant.

    The setting is lovely and our waitress was attentive. However, the food server left our hot food on a tray in the restaurant with desserts… Delivered the desserts first and about 10 minutes later came back and delivered our food. Both our appetizers and entrées were not hot.

    Consistently good service and food is exceptional and very reasonably priced. Love the shrimp and grits! Portions are perfect too !!
