                                  As a cuban who usually does not go out to eat at a cuban restaurant I can say its the best on its kind . Real cuban food as home made. Visited 15 years ago and it was even better. Great job

                                  Loved the food, although portion sizes were tiny for shared plates compared to price. Went in expecting more of a tapas experience where our group could share some plates and drinks and relax for 2 hours but our server made it clear early on that he wanted to turn over our table rather quickly. Understandable, of course, but did tarnish the experience a tiny bit.

                                  Wonderful restaurant with attentive staff and great food. Had lunch at Victor’s before a 3:00 Broadway matinee. Although we were 20 minutes early for our reservation, they immediately seated us (beautiful restaurant). We started with coconut mojitos (delish) and a shared order of guacamole. This was followed by shrimp in a queso type sauce, pork sliders, Ropa viejo and skirt steak with rice and black beans. The final touch was a coconut gelato (refreshing). The wait staff, continually checked on us and answered all questions. We, thoroughly, enjoyed the entire experience

                                  Table was not ready at time of reservation. We had to rush eating to get to theater on time. The maitre de handled it like it was a joke. The staff was not attentive to us. We could not get additional water when we wanted. No staff came to our table after serving entree to see if we needed anything. had to find staff to take our order. Instead the staff was standing around doing nothing.

                                  Service was VERY VERY slow this time. Took over 20 minutes to get someone to give us dessert menus. Once you ordered it was fine, just that we couldn’t get someone to come by. Unfortunate because food was ok.
