Vin Room is Calgary's premier wine bar offering over 45 wines by the taste. With the help of the Enomatic Wine Preservation System, we can guarantee variety and freshness as well.

Our wines are complemented by our menu, focusing on fresh, local ingredients with a global twist. We offer tapas that are seasonal, wine focused and flavorful.

Vin Room West is located at 85 St SW and 8A Ave SW (take Bow Trail West to 85th Street SW and turn right)

We are a licensed restaurant. Children are welcome at Vin Room.
Patio (weather permitting) is available on a first come, first served basis. Our patio is dog friendly. We offer complimentary dog beds, dog amenities and furbaby fare for your furry friend.

    Always an amazing experience at the Vin Room. Amazing service. Amazing food. I forgot my glasses at home and the server let me use hers. Love this place.

    We enjoyed a great Friday afternoon lunch. The pork belly was delicious, the devilled egg was surprising and amazing. All the food was wonderful. We have a great time.

    This place has huge potential but it’s lacking a few things. Some food items are not great, like the lobster/cod nachos, the steak tartare is also mediocre and isn’t that appealing, other things were ok. We tried the happy hour red wine and I couldn’t stomach it, it tasted like port but in wine form. I’m not a fan of port so my husband took it from me. For house wine I expect a basic profile easy to drink. Then I ordered a bottle of Sangiovese and it was kinda bitter. I mean, being a wine place you expect every wine to be perfect, regardless of price range. I would like to support our neighbourhood restaurant but they need to pick up the game. The music was not great either, it felt like being in a sports bar. I am not sure when we will go back.

    As an older client I do object to music in an empty restaurant. Or at least lower the volume in areas that want quiet. One should be able to do this with modern sound systems. The food was very good that we had. Service was excellent but it was not busy. Enjoyed the experience, just annoying the music

    Had another great after-work stop here. The happy hour menu is wonderfully lengthy on food and drink options. The service and ambiance are even better. This will continue to be a regular stop. Thanks, team!
