Chef Gio Osso’s intimate gathering spot is tucked inside Old Town Scottsdale’s Bespoke Inn, where his menu features contemporary cuisine inspired by his Mediterranean roots and global influences. Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

We look forward to serving you! Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will result in a fee of $50 per guest, thank you.

                                            We've been to Virtu before for the fixed price menu offering and had an amazing experience overall. However, yesterday's beef tartar appetizer and entrees were subpar. The beef tartar had an unusual mustard flavor and the pork chops, sea bass and scallops dishes were overly salty and the tastes were not distinctive. The desert were good, but,.again, nothing special. Thank goodness the service was still amazing.

                                            Went there with a group of 6- the octopus appetizer was super. I had the pork chop frites- very tasty and super sauce. My daughter and wife has the sea bass- excellent. A smaller place with nice outdoor patio. A little hidden gem. Quiet and fair value in price

                                            Virtu Honest Craft has been my favorite restaurant in Scottsdale since it opened. Last night reminded me, once again, why. We were there to celebrate a birthday occasion. As always, the evening was perfect. The polio and burrata were excellent. The pork chop was excellent. The duck was excellent. The sticky toffee pudding is the best, ever. From beginning to end, it was a delightful evening. Thank you, Virtu Team.

                                            Today's visit was disappointing. Given the reputation, I had hoped for some consistency. The tartare was adequate, the polpo wasn't up to snuff...bland with miniscule drops of vaguely flavored sauce. One unhappy Calabrian chili. The mushroom risotto was so over-cheesed that there must have been 100mg of sodium in every bite. We left it largely uneaten. The smoked duck breast delivered a modicum of redemption, but the serving was paltry in a puddle of cloying cherry sauce. Unimpressive at an elevated price point. May be time to move on.
