The location of this restaurant is fantastic (we had a table with a view of the holiday lights) but that's about the best thing. We were seated promptly and the bus boys/girls were on top of making sure we had water. We order drinks (which were good) and appetizers (bruschetta and clams). The bruschetta was soggy (they need to drain the salsa more) but the clams were good. For mains we had the bean soup (very good) and chopped salad (which was not really a chopped salad and very soggy as they used the same salsa for the bruschetta. It also took at 35 minutes from the time we ordered our appetizers to get our main. The server was inexperienced (e.g., we had a heck of time flagging her down for a glass of wine and then we she brought it in a carafe, she dumped it in the glass like throwing out the trash (we thought it was us, but she did the same with other diners so maybe she thinks the wine needed aeration). I say 4 stars for ambience, 3 stars for food and 2 stars for service and value. We won't be back.

We strive to provide timely and attentive service and truly appreciate when our guests understand the wait times as we do our best. Regarding the other issues you mentioned, I apologize for the soggy bruschetta and salad - this does not reflect the quality we aim to deliver. I will share your feedback with our kitchen team to ensure we address these areas for improvement. As for the wine service, we follow a specific presentation style, but I regret that it came across poorly to you. I checked your table multiple times and wish you had said something in the moment so I could have helped make it right. Thank you

We spent the day in Leavenworth for our anniversary and chose this restaurant because we ate there on our honeymoon :) The service was outstanding! The pasta was delicious, great wine selection, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent ! I had the wild caught Alaska Salmon! It was a big portion served with baby potatoes ,broccoli and The best surprise, parsnips ! It was an excellent meal! The service was five star . The view upstairs was the icing on the cake. Couldn’t have asked for a better Experience.

Fabulous dinner to celebrate my husband birthday! It’s consistently great service and quality every time we visit. Impressive wine list, cozy atmosphere and great views of the town and Christmas lights in winter.

The service was excellent, our server was very attentive and friendly and his recommendation was on spot. Food was amazingly delicious! Every plate we order was made to order and cooked exactly as we wanted. Excellent service overall! Will definitely come back and recommend.

The food was delicious! Our waitress was very knowledgeable about accommodating Gluten-Free (Celiac disease) restrictions. She also recommended a fantastic wine, albeit pricey :)
