    Arrived 10 minutes early and decided to get a drink at the bar which wasn’t crowded but every open seat and table was dirty and had empty used drink cups and dishes. Any open tables were not clean enough to sit at except for the corner tiny table. Took 5 minutes to get one of the bartenders to acknowledge my existence. As I mentioned it was not crowded with open seats. He was just ignoring us. Finally I called him over. His English was poor and could not understand what we ordered and he asked another bartender to make our drinks. He mistakingly gave my wife blue cheese olives instead of regular as requested. Had to wait longer to get that. Our table was ready before the drinks arrived. Restaurant 101 - get drinks to people fast to make money!! This is a big income stream. Also at 7:00 have bartenders that don’t suck should be key. Our waiter was good but was very rushed. He was pushy about ordering apps. He didn’t think we wanted a bottle of wine because we had full drinks because of the bar situation. We ordered wine. We then ordered salads and entrees. Salads arrived literally in less than a minute. Entrees arrived before we could finish salads. I understand you’re trying to turn tables but this isn’t fast food and we wanted to relax and enjoy- not having food shoved on us. Made us feel like they wanted us out asap. My entree was great as was my wife’s but her chicken parm only had one small piece of chicken with pasta. They definitely cheaped out here. Not sure why…it’s chicken. We have ate at Vittorias many times before without any of these issues but this time was disappointing. Management needs help! Bus the bar! It’s the customer’s first impression. For us, the impression was a dirty mess, with not a place to sit and bad service which set the stage for the rest of the evening.

    Overall, this seems to be a pretty solid dining option. The food came out fast (almost too fast) and was delicious. I ordered the shrimp and scallop parmesan, and my only qualm was that the shrimp still had the tail on it, not a big deal except it's all covered in marinara sauce - so be on the lookout. The service was not great. Our waitress was insincere and was sparsely seen. I waited for water twice and she didn't ask if we would like anything else to drink. I didn't want anything else, but my wife had to ask for a drink. We also had to ask for extra bread, which she brought but didn't ask nor offer to fill the oil back up. And once we were through eating, she failed to ask if we would like dessert or an after-dinner drink, instead, she sent out a complimentary chocolate cake (because we were celebrating our anniversary), and while the gesture was appreciated, I'm allergic to chocolate and my wife wasn't a fan of the cake. Point is, the service was underwhelming, and we felt rushed. The people all around us had different servers and their service seemed to be on point. There was a couple close by also celebrating their anniversary and they had dessert menus brought to them and their waiter was very attentive. Just felt sub-par. We might be willing to give this place another go, but will request a different server if we get paired up with the same one.

    Food was very good. Waited over 30 min for a reserved table on Christmas Eve. Staff was very nice and professional. Back room was noisy with a big party waiting for their checks . Once they left, it was good. I would definitely recommend as it was very tasty!

    Vittoria is my favorite restaurant in town. The food is amazing and the atmosphere very nice. They even had Santa there tonight. Such a nice touch!
