   Susan was a fantastic server! She had great knowledge of the menu and offered excellent substitution ideas. She was friendly, funny, and made our dining experience even better. The food and wine options were also top-notch!

   The food was good. Disappointed about the lack of oyster options, they used to have various options to choose from. All of the beers we tried to order that were listed on the menu were “not available”. I was disappointed with our server, he rarely returned to the table even though the restaurant was not busy at all. We were at Vons for my husbands birthday (was written in my booking) We were not asked if we were celebrating, even though other guests-around us were and brought a birthday cake and candle. Just feeling disappointed at the service for the price paid.. will think twice about returning.

   We always enjoy ourselves when visiting Von’s. We love the food. We’ve been served by Allen all 3 times we have been there and his service is excellent. We look forward to our next visit.

   High quality delicious food! Service was great, our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. Steak was perfectly prepared, oysters were fresh and delicious! Will definitely go back

   Quite disappointed tonight, unfortunately. When I made the reservation Lounge was a selection which I didn't select then asked if I wanted standard or high top seating. I said standard. Also made not that it was a business dinner. Our table was in the lounge and was almost in the front entrance. The hostess told me I should have noted it better on my reservation. No maybe you all need to make sure your question are clear to provide you with the right information. My husband's soup was barely warm. His potatoes were cold, the Happy Hour menu or specials were never e planned.

   Enjoyed a dinner as part of the Edmonton Dining Week. So much delicious food at a ridiculously good price. Service was friendly and portions were generous. The soup was delightful and the steak size was amazing. It ended with cheesecake which was a decadent end to a fabulous meal.

   We decided to try a new restaurant for downtown dining week and feel like we made the wrong choice. Drinks were really good and so were the scallops. The waiter didn’t offer downtown dining week menu until we asked for it. French onion soup was mediocre and Caesar salad was rusty on the veins. We each ordered the steak option one of us rare and the other medium rare. When I cut into the rare steak (which was difficult even with a steak knife)it was cooked most of the way through. The other one was medium rare. When I told the waiter that mine was not rare he looked at my other party and they said theirs was more pink than mine and offered to trade. Without asking me how I felt he picked up both plates and switched them in front of me stating that the chef must have mixed them up, half of the potatoes were already eaten off of the other plate. I am still in shock about what happened and don’t usually complain but I am still thinking about our experience and would have felt better had I not paid over $200 for the meal. To top it off I visited the ladies room on our way out and had I done that before ordering probably wouldn’t have stayed. There were paper towel pieces all over the floor and when I washed my hands in the sink the drain was plugged and filled up with water. Our reservation was at 5:30 pm and feel there was ample time to address the washroom situation between meal rushes. Very disappointed and would caution anyone that was considering the downtown location.
