Vue 1913 offers guests a comfortable and stylish setting for a leisurely meal designed only with the love of food in mind. The brasserie style format allows our chef the flexibility to truly showcase the best local rustic ingredients of each season which can be paired with a broad selection of wine from an abundant wine cellar cultivated over the years. Vue 1913 offers signature dishes including deviled eggs and caviar and elk tenderloin, carefully crafted. All dressed up with an art deco decor and panoramic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Vue 1913 is the perfect fit for your everyday dinner plans and your special occasions.

Vue 1913 is honored to have consistently received The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and to be one of only two AAA Four Diamond Restaurants in Western North Carolina.

                                                        The dining experience was fantastic! The setting was the perfect feel for such an amazing meal! The lighting wasn't too bright and wasn't too dark that it was difficult to see anything. Dan, our server, was so helpful at understanding each meal offering and describing what was in each offering. The elk was an amazing meal! It was cooked perfectly and was presented beautifully! The taste of each plate was just amazing. I would highly recommend dining at the Vue 1913 for a special occasion, as was in my case, or to just have a nice meal for a date night, or even a special business meeting!

                                                        The service was outstanding. My only complaint is that the menu NEVER changes. This is a hotel restaurant and maybe they anticipate few repeat customers since they come to town and leave. But we are frequent visitors and are tired of the same menu.

                                                        Great dining experience. Diann was awesome as our server, very attentive and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had our needs met. The food was delicious and served hot and on time. Dessert likewise as delectable. We will be back.

                                                        Wonderful meal at Vue, our first time, and our anniversary. Had the burrata app and the seared tuna app for the Mrs. Both were beautiful and tasty. Main course was the elk tenderloin and my lamb shank. No doubt the elk was the #1 entree for Vue. Perfectly prepared and presented. Delicious! Due to our special occasion we were treated to a glass of champagne and a chocolate treat at the end of the meal. Both very thoughtful and also delicious. Kimberly our server was 100% spot on with a Pinot noir bottle recommendation and we drank every drop with the entrees. She was a gem to have at our table. 5 star experience at Vue for a special occasion in every way.

                                                        Our experience was fabulous, made even better was Kim our waitress. She is great! We brought family member with us for their first visit they totally enjoyed their visit. We will be returning. Food was great and ambiance was wonderful.
