- 外燴New York may get all the international attention, but some of the best waterfront views in the area are actually in New Jersey. This stunning venue is located on the edge of the Hudson River, offering beautiful panoramas of the Manhattan skyline with its lights glistening in the current. The sprawling space boasts two ballrooms that can be decked out to be as elaborate or as simple as the illustrious couple would like. Essentially a one stop wedding shop, Waterside Restaurant & Catering staff will handle all of the details and help create the ideal menu. Culinary Institute of America-trained executive chef Gus Shizas is known for making unforgettable food—including a Grand Marnier duck station with traditional Chinese garnishes—that’s sure to be nearly as memorable as the glamorous view.
