   The new Waterway is lovely inside. The hostesses were welcoming and friendly. The servers were very attentive and gave good service. I ordered a hamburger and it was just mediocre. The French fries were good. I was not impressed and will not be going back.

   Beautiful restaurant on the water. Recently reopened from renovation and they did an outstanding job. The food was very good - casual menu and great appetizers. The crab spinach artichoke dip was excellent. And grilled mahi mahi very fresh. We dined outside and it beautiful. The server was attentive and friendly too.

   beautiful outdoor dining. Food very good. Service sometimes great but not consistent. Very expensive.

   Usually excellent during the week however last night it took 1 hour just to get our drinks. Food took over an hour after that. What have been okay but the Salmon came out raw and the mahi on the specials menu was overcooked. Our check came out with just a grand total! Asked for the manager explained how the night went. He took the two dinners off which was fine but not sure I would rush back anytime soon. How does it take an hour just to get drinks??

   Small menu, average food, acceptable but slow service, prices on the high side for this type of casual restaurant

   It’s always a good day when you can sit by the water and watch the boats go by. I think the remodel looks good. It’s definitely not as tropical as it used to be but it is very bright and clean. I love that they made the tiki bar outside bigger, but they should have made the roof on it a little bit taller because the view from the table I was sitting at was obstructed by that. I had an issue with my order and had to flag down another server because I couldn’t find ours. That was a little embarrassing. I don’t mind when the order is wrong. Mistakes happen. That being said, I do expect my server to check back with my table when the food gets brought out. That way if there is a mistake it can be corrected quickly so the other people at the table don’t finish eating before they can correct the problem. They bought us a free dessert to make up for the mistake. That was nice. The food was good. Nothing spectacular though. Not like the view!

    We had a great night. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect and fun! Our server was a little overwhelmed at times. It was a busy night and it took a while just to get water at the table in the beginning of the night but our food came out in a timely manner so it was no big deal. Thanks for a great night!
