Weber’s Restaurant is an Ann Arbor tradition serving authentic Classic American cuisine from our kitchen and bakery since 1937. Famous for prime rib and live Maine lobster, Weber’s offers a crowd pleasing selection of broiled steaks, local seafood, and house made desserts. Weber’s ambient dining room features stunning A-frame architecture with large vintage stained glass windows. An award winning wine selection and baby grand piano round out the perfect dining experience. Follow up dinner with a visit to attached bar, The Habitat, for a night cap, live weekend jazz and dancing.

It is restaurant week, and Webers decided to only participate during lunch or dinner if you sit in the bar only. We didn’t know this until we were seated in the restaurant. Several neighboring tables were also there because of restaurant week based on overheard conversations. The service was ok, but the soup was cold, the London broil was cold, and the server was put in the awkward spot of having to tell us that restaurant week was only in the bar. We have been Webers customers for years, but we will be taking a break.

We were with our niece who was staying at the hotel on a business trip. We went to dinner with her before my wife and I drove back home to Toledo, Ohio. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. I would recommend this restaurant highly.

We had a lovely private booth,our server was excellent. I would rate the quality of the food as mediocre. Maybe cause it was changeover time (server informed us of that0, but the lobster grilled cheese was grilled nicely, but lobster had strong fish flavor and odor. The tomato soup seemed like bottom of the pot,and was very salty.
