Everything was perfect The Food, our Server, Yvonne, the ambiance We have never been disappointed in our lunch or dinner experience. We brought guests who had never been here before. They will be back!!!

The food and service were both good. My only complaint is that we had a 7:15 reservation and were not seated until 7:50. I understand that it’s virtually impossible to know how long people will linger but the restaurant was packed, with many others waiting for their tables. I only go to restaurants that take reservations because I detest standing around waiting to be seated. I would hope that this was an isolated incident.

as always excellent service and delicious food . My husband and I have been dining here for 39 years .This was our first date in 1986 and the rest is history .Consistently excellent but a bit noisy .

We always enjoy the West End Cafe: the food and service are very good and consistent. This time there were two wrinkles: first, the noise level was very high. The restaurant was very crowded, not surprising since it was part of a Restaurant Week night. But the acoustics here really need to be improved. The second issue dealt with a health request I made. I cannot have sugar, and since there were only very sweet desserts on the Restaurant Week menu, I asked for some fresh fruit. They told me they had none. Two problems there - of course they had fruit but didn't want to give it to me in the Restaurant Week menu, and second - there should be a fruit or other less sweet option on the Restaurant Week dessert menu. Many people need to avoid excessively sugary desserts. We had a lovely dinner with good friends, but unfortunately we had these two issues.
