This was the first time I (we) dined at William B's. It was my birthday. I had heard good things about this restaurant. We did the Sunday Supper for Two. It was perfect for us. I had a strawberry margarita that was great. I chose the lobster bisque (which was not part of the special / had to pay full price for that). That was just luke warm. That is my only area for improvement. Everything else (the wedge salad, french onion soup, marscapone whipped potatoes, 40 ounce porter house and carrot cake) were amazing! Rose, our server, was very knowledgeable, answered questions and was very personable. Great experience.

Chris was our server and he always does an excellent job. First time trying the lobster bisque and it was just “OK” The rest of the food was five stars. Everything was so yummy! Washed it all down with a chocolate martini! Highly recommend the chocolate martini!

We knew we were getting higher quality food, our main disappointment was the temperature of the bake potato. It was huge, the inside was cooked but it was cool, not even warm enough to melt the butter.

I was by myself but felt very welcome from moment greeted to being served by Rose. She is a treasure, asking if I needed a box during the meal. Entre was surf and turf. Lobster was nice size. Fillet more than I could eat. Deliciously rare! I recommend the pear salad. I imagined poached pears but actual salad. The lettuce wedge was beautifully presented. I asked for straight up margarita and received it. Rose asked if I wanted salt on rim. Thoroughly enjoyed everything!

Another fantastic dinner here. Might be one of the best. My surf and turf was amazing! The mushroom and shallots side was outstanding. And our server, Carrie was fabulous
