Steak was overcooked. Food was slow. Waiter never came to check on us after meal was served.

The place was empty yet the waiter kept pushing for our order as is the place was packed. It was 70% empty and now I know why. The tomatoes were over ripe and ruined the dish. The German potatoes not cooked through. Thankfully the steak for 2 was very good. The experience was underwhelming for a steakhouse in NYC. Will not come back. Lesson learned but please don’t waste your time, money or that NYC experience.

At a restaurant of this caliber you shouldn’t have to send your steak back to make it medium rare. Came out close to raw and some pieces had a cold center. Plus. In repacking to take home believe we don’t get both t bones. Disappointing.

First time at this location. Was staying 6 blocks away and couldn’t get into the original. A little too smokey which I thought was strange. Great service, good food and a good time. If given a choice I prefer Park Ave spot

Ein unbeschreiblich schönes Dinner for two am Heiligabend 2024. Wir blieben den ganzen Abend an der Bar und sind dort hervorragend bedient worden. Das Essen war wie immer hervorragend, die Drinks ebenso. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Good as always! The hostress was awesome, as so was the entire waiter staff. The steak melt on my mouth. The Old Fashions were awesome!

Overrated. Food was average. You can have the same type of steak at a smaller steak house for half the price. Sides were nothing special.

The food and service is outstanding, however, they did not honor my reservation and we ( 3 women) had to sit near the front door with the blustery wind coming in the door every few minutes. It is the Holiday season but they never should have accepted my booking online the day of. Many other patrons experienced the same thing ! The place was clearly overbooked! I have been going there and enjoying it for many years but last night was a madhouse. Thank God for the delicious food and drinks and exceptional service by the bartender IZZY who served us and made it as pleasant as as possible! I will still return but not during the holiday season. Learned a lesson! Merry Christmas !
