Stuffed us in back by bar (grille) I thought we had reservations in front. Service was horrible. Round of whiskey sours that had no whiskey sour mix. Waiter had a bad attitude. Was late with appetizers. Calamari was horrible, my wedge salad had no rumbled bluecheese. 3nd round of a different drink (manhattan) lousy. Strak and sides were excellent t although it took forever. Only reason we even went for desert is because the main course was good. Coffee came almost cold. Desert was okay. Then had to correct bill for.a ceaser salad charged that was never served. Over all lousy cramped un comfortable experience with lousy screwed up service. They did credit is for desert. There are waay better atmospheres and service and just as good steak yo ever put up with Smith and Wollensky. That whole deal by the bar. Avoid.

Second year in a row, we have come into town from Texas and dined this restaurant for New Year’s Eve. My wife and I brought friends this year had the same great experience as we did last. I wish there were more places open later, but glad that we found this gem. One of the few places that stays open past midnight and won’t make you feel rushed when you’re trying to enjoy especially evening together on New Year’s Eve with friends and family.

I’ve eaten in S&W’s main dining room many times and I’ve never had a bad meal there and the service is always excellent. The grill lives up to the to the standard of the main restaurant but with a somewhat more casual atmosphere. It’s a bit more noisy but I feel that adds to the charm. The menu is also different from the main restaurant with more casual fare including sandwiches and burgers. I highly recommend it.

This was a home run! Excellent staff and bartenders! The lobster roll and the chicken club were fantastic and a good value! Love the friendly ambience! We will be back!

The bacon appetizer left my husband speechless. We really enjoyed the food and the steak salad I got was so large I ended up taking to go. Very tasty and the dressing is homemade I believe so it was very good. Highly recommend to try
