zinqué is a beloved neighborhood hotspot & all-day restaurant serving French-inspired dishes, small plates, craft cocktails & a uniquely curated wine selection. Inspired by the zinc countertop bars & cafés of Paris, many of its customers consider it a second home—a place to work, linger & socialize.

Open from 7am till late, the space transforms from a European-style bistro & café, serving full breakfast with La Colombe coffee drinks & its famous Le Bowl for lunch, to full service dining at night. Service was over and above expectations. Really nice, hip space. We ate outdoors so were happy to have the lower noise level than usual in an LA restaurant -- because I actually wanted to talk to my table-mates. (I heard the restaurant might have a DJ sometimes, so check first so that you don't accidentally come on a night with music blaring.) The food was excellent. I would definitely go back. A+

Food was good. Service was really mediocre. Not very friendly or attentive. Food was tasty and came out quickly. They allowed a random dog inside the restaurant at a table right next to us. Barked the whole time. Super rude to do that but just as bad to allow it. Not worth going back.

Our server arrived promptly at the table offering water and taking drink orders. We weren’t ready to order a drink but explained that we were in a bit of a rush to be on time for a play. She returned in a couple of minutes to take our order, and no sooner had our drinks arrived than our order was delivered, hot, tasty, and perfectly prepared. Above and beyond!

Always love Zinqué. Each one brings its own flair, but Venice wins for atmosphere and ambiance. Plus, the staff there is second to none.

This place has a very cozy neighborhood vibe, and I love the fact that the demographic is varied and staff are very attentive. I actually feel it’s gotten better in the last few years in terms of calming down the trendiness and really feeling more like a neighborhood hang! Good job!
